Moda provides Yotpo reviews integration for e-Commerce brands. Through this, brands can create segments based on customer reviews. Such as ‘group of customers who gave 4 star review’.
After building segments, brands can cater their campaigns accordingly. Multiple flows (automated messages) can be triggered when a review based event occurs. For instance, a thank you email to be sent every time a customer ‘creates a review’.
