The Product Recommendation Tool analyzes customer behavior and preferences. This enables businesses to recommend products that are likely to be of interest to each individual customer, leading to higher engagement and conversion rates.

Related recommendations are based on the customer's browsing or purchase history, and the number of products recommended can be adjusted (1 to 6). These recommendations can be utilized in both Flows and Campaigns, but the Related Recommendation and Most Viewed ones work only within Flows.
