The Product Recommendation Tool analyzes customer behavior and preferences. This enables businesses to recommend products that are likely to be of interest to each individual customer, leading to higher engagement and conversion rates.

The benefits of using the Product Recommendations Tool are numerous. By personalizing  email campaigns with relevant product recommendations you can:

The tool is easy to use, with an intuitive interface that allows you to select three types of recommendation you want to make.

These are:

• Related Products
• Best Sellers
• Most Viewed

Related recommendations are based on the customer's browsing or purchase history, and the number of products recommended can be adjusted (1 to 6). These recommendations can be utilized in both Flows and Campaigns, but the Related Recommendation and Most Viewed ones work only within Flows.

Another essential feature of the Product Recommendations Tool is its ability to integrate with your ecommerce platform. This allows businesses to pull data directly from their product catalog and make real-time recommendations based on inventory levels and customer behavior.
