The Starter plan includes 50 SMS credits to get started. If you need more, you can upgrade to the Growth plan which includes SMS add-ons starting at $5 for 450 credits.

In a month, how many emails can I send with the Growth plan?

Accepted Answer

You can send an unlimited number of emails if you are on any tier of the Growth plan.

How are SMS credits calculated?

Accepted Answer

Each SMS that you send, up to a maximum of 160 characters, will be counted as one credit. If you send a message that is longer than 160 characters, it will be split into multiple SMS messages and will use up more than one credit. It's important to keep track of your SMS credits and make sure you have enough to send all of your messages.

I have unused SMS credits. Can they be carried over to the next month?

The SMS add-ons are billed monthly, and unused credits do not carry over to subsequent months. Rest assured, you'll get a fresh set of SMS credits every month.

Do you offer a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can try our Growth plan for 30 days for free. It comes with an unlimited number of emails and an option to add SMS add ons. Our starter plan, on the other hand, is free to use indefinitely and includes 1,000 emails, 50 SMS credits, and basic reporting.

What happens when my free trial expires?

After your trial ends, you will automatically be transferred to our Starter plan, which includes 1,000 emails and 50 SMS per month for up to 250 contacts. Please rest assured that all of Moda's features are accessible in the free plan with basic reporting.
